Hypothesis : Pepsin works best in an acidic condition

Discussion:
1. Enzyme activity is optimum at 37oC.
2. Pepsin breaks down albumen into peptones and polypeptides.

Conclusion: The hypothesis is accepted. Pepsin works best in an acidic condition.
